The Balli Family - Memorial Park Holiday Photos

Happy Holidays from the Balli family!  I loved capturing holiday photos of this sweet family in Houston's own Memorial Park!  I mean... it's hard not to make pictures look good when a family comes dressed this sharp!  Just look at the boys' jackets!  Major style points for mom and dad, y'all!I think my favorite part of this shoot though was these brothers.  Little brother was SO excited to take pictures with big bro, and big bro was just the sweetest about it.  He went along with all of my posing directions like a champ, and I just KNEW we were capturing the love in their relationship between snaps.  Plus, like I told big bro, this is awesome practice for his senior photos, which are only a couple years away!This busy family (holy activities, y'all - they have a LOT going on!) was hopping from one event to the next - bonus of taking holiday photos: everyone is already dressed and looking nice! - but I am so glad they took a few minutes with me to snag these shots.   The holidays are a popular time to get photos because of Christmas cards of course, but there is just SO much value is taking a few minutes to capture a moment in time, regardless of the time of year.  These guys are the evidence - time doesn't slow down when your kids get older - in fact, it might move faster!It's funny because when I ask moms what shots they want, the answer is almost always the same "a few of the family plus some of just the kids."  But I think it's SO important to make it a point to grab pictures of just mom and dad.  That's where it all started after all!  And I hope that's exactly what these pictures remind the Balli family every time they see them.  It all started with a little love.
